ParticipantHi everyone…well i am back..i have put most of my weight back on because i lost my soul mate and then i had a tumour removed from my stomache with follow up medication..it took me 7 mths in all to get over the surgery, and i couldnt eat all of this food..i also went through a serious depression when i lost my soul mate and wanted die myself at times still i feel this way..BUT i am back in the saddle once again..and i need your support to get me thinner yet once again….love and light.

Glad you didn’t just give up and go on. You will make it. Keep pluggin’ to that thinner you! … And, just know that we hurt with you.

MemberHello purpleskye. Getting back into the program is great. It is a sign that you are moving forward. Did a grief support group and that is a positive sign that you are ready to begin to move on.
