MemberHi, KitchenMomma. It’s great that you grow your own peas! Each cup raw (60 grams) or half a cup (30 grams) cooked.
Congratulations on your weight loss! It is normal to have a plateau, no worries. One way to get things moving again is to make changes in your exercise routine to wake up new muscles.October 10, 2015 at 1:54 pm #32048lew1

MemberHi, kitchenmoma. Sweet potatoes are great, and if you like them as fries we recommend that you saute or “oven-fry” them rather than using deep-fat frying methods. Be sure to keep track of the amount of oil you use (compare it to the fat servings that appear in your menu) so that you don’t overdo.
With regard to tomato sauces, pureed red bell pepper can be a good stand-in.October 13, 2015 at 11:06 pm #32087Thearnon
MemberHi, thanks for your answer to my previous question. One item I have been really unsure about though shows up on my menu all the time is Vegan Cheese(Raw, Nuts, Seeds) because I have also noticed that sometimes there is also an entry for Vegan Cheese without the {Raw, Nuts, & Seeds} after it. What are they talking about here? I go the grocery store and I find cheese that says Veggie – am I getting the right thing or am I just totally off base here? They llok like regular cheese slices with the plastic wrappers around them.

MemberWe are going to Disney World for two weeks. I need ideas on how to stick to the plan in the Happiest Place On Earth!! We don’t leave until December, but wanted to plan well ahead! I have the idea of setting up the menu as if we were home, and just trying to eat
CLOSE to that, but any suggestions will be helpful. We are renting a home, so I will have a kitchen, but we will be eating many meals at Disney World. - AuthorPosts
