    Can you drink Atkins Shakes, when I’m in a big hurry I drink Atkins Shakes but I am trying to read labels and I see they have Soy in them.

    Hi, Kimmerne. Those shakes are quite processed, and so might work against your efforts here. We would recommend something based more on whole foods and natural ingredients, such as Vega (https://myvega.com/products/vega-protein-shake).
