Tagged: gluten free all purpose flour
Auntiesfood.com is a relatively new website for gluten free food. A friend gave me a package of gluten free all purpose flour. It is made from whole grain brown rice, white rice flour, tapioca, cornstarch and zanthum gum. I was wanting to know if this would follow the TDC plan and what kinds of things could you make with it that wold be OK. You use ut cup for cup for flour.
Hi, Deborah. If the flour is made with whole grain flour, it’s a better choice.
