I try to avoid wheat whenever I can – I just feel better. I don’t know where to buy the SWG breads that you talk about – I don’t know if the people at the grocery store will know what that is.
Hi, Margritz. SWG is generally based on wheat, so that may not be the direction for you. Go for whole grains as much as you can while paying attention to wheat on the label. There are some excellent whole/brown rice breads on the market.
