    I have been following the menu planner and using it successfully for three weeks now. I had lost 6 pounds overall, but I overate chinese food and I gained 2 pounds back. Do you have any tips for getting back on track after overeating.

    Hi, Alice, and congratulations on your weight loss! Letting go of the disappointment of slipping, and learning what to do (not to do) next time you’re in a similar situation of temptation are key to getting back on track. Perhaps add a little exercise for the next few days.
