    I can’t seem to find the exchange for baked beans. Could someone please help me?

    Hi, ekmomrik. Baked beans are not in the exchange list because the recipes vary so widely. A low-sugar, low-fat recipe would make the exchange quite close to that of plain cooked pinto beans. Adding brown sugar and/or meats would add more, of course. I suggest you make your own or read the label of a prepared product so that you know exactly what you’re getting.
