Is there any difference in baking with rice flour, or tapioca flour
Hi, bobbib. Both are very light flours that don’t always hold their own in baking, requiring either additional heavier flours or gluten in the mix, or use in more delicate recipes where form is not as important. Rice flour is considered the more versatile of the two.
