Hi Everyone,
This is my first week with this program and I am just nervous about changing my eating habits. I usually have a small lunch and a big-ish evening snack before I excercise. This program is pretty much the opposite but I dont really have time for a big lunch being a student, and feel like I need more energy than just a cup of berries will provide me for my physical activity. Im not sure what I should do
