Since stating low sugar and low cholesterol for my menu, I don’t get bananas anymore. I read somewhere that bananas are very dense in sugars and I figured that was why before I could only have a 1/2 banana. It is listed as a superfood! What about people that have fruit smoothies or use them to make ice cream. If they have one almost every day, will this hinder their weight loss??
Hi, Kate. Don’t worry about it – if you like bananas, then use 1/2 as a fruit exchange.
