Many do not eat advice programmes say do not eat Bananas. Please advise are they OK or not?
Hi, JuliaOToole. Bananas are basically great. Just keep in mind that they are relatively rich for a fruit, so 1/2 of a medium-sized banana is considered equivalent to a whole piece of other fruits, i.e. peaches, or cup of others, i.e. berries.
If you have issues with constipation or high blood potassium levels, bananas may be unhelpful.
Other than that – highly recommended.
