Can I eat bananas
Hi, Sattypoo. Yes, of course. Just note that half a banana is considered a fruit exchange (comparable to one apple, pear, or peach, or one cup of berries), rather than a whole one.
Just saying, the first link I clicked to get to TDC showed a banana as one of the 5 foods to avoid, it left me a bit confused.
