ho I had stomach surgery 7 years ago about 2 years a go I put on 60 pounds due to a neck injury I am also a hastomoto .I joined keto will this help with both issue.

Sometimes the high fat amount in the keto diet can be challenging if your stomach works slowly, so be on the lookout for any symptoms. In general, keto can help with weight loss, but it might not be the best choice in the case of Hashimoto’s disease. If you are very interested in keto, I suggest you discuss the issue with your healthcare provider.
If you’re not attached to keto, you can try our regular low-carbohydrate route, which may be a better fit for your issues. To access this, simply deselect “keto” in your profile, save the change, then generate a new menu.
