Bee pollen has more amino acids and proteins then beef chicken cheese fish or eggs was wondering your thoughts on the product

Hi, Bobbiesue63. Actually, the amount is quite similar per weight. The difference is that bee pollen has a significant amount of carbohydrates that the other foods don’t, and one doesn’t generally consume as much bee pollen as the rest. However, if you are looking for an almost vegan, low-fat source of high quality protein, it can certainly serve as a supplementary source.

Hello, when I read comments about other people trying out the foods that are on trim down club, I don’t know how to put in a comment my self? Or how other people get to talk to each other. I am still not getting thru to like how to met and talk to groups. When trim down club sent me how to talk to new friends, and to click on to a link it just puts me back to the main page!I see pictures of people and I click on to someone, I leve them a message. Nothing happened, So I don’t know what am doing?.

    Hi katbuc10,
To write to Ossie, our Chief Nutritionist and Dietitian, post your nutritional questions similar to how you posted the ones below.
Also, to leave a comment about a recipe, simply scroll down to the bottom of the recipe you’d like to write about, and leave your comment in the empty comment box. Then, once you are finished writing click on ‘Post Comment’ to add your comment.
Additionally, if you are looking to connect with other members, I highly recommend that you join the following group – http://www.trimdownclub.com/groups/talking-cooking-nanas/
Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need anything.
    Best 🙂
