I was impressed with the philosophy of this program. I had my hormones checked about 5 years ago and found out a lot about why I was gaining weight. I have long though that hormones were an issue and that what we eat makes a big difference. I am trying your program as I have metabolic syndrome and have lost 31 pounds in the last six months. I initially tried the high protein, low carb diet and sure lost weight, but it affected my liver negatively and I had to switch to the Mediterranian diet but find now that the weight loss has become difficult and my sugar cravings are returning. I am also diabetic and believe in your combination of foods for weight loss. I exercise every day (power walk) and lift weights 2 to 3 time a week. I am hoping for continued weight loss and better health.
