When you are a guest in someone’s home, and they serve biscuits and gravy for breakfast with no alternatives, what is the best course of action to take without hurting their feelings.?? How much B/G can I eat on the TDC diet? I didn’t want any of it, but wanted to be a good guest.
Hi, memba. The best thing is to practice portion control – that can limit the damage. How much you eat of it depends on what else you eat in the meal too, but if just have some salad or fruit with it, you can have one biscuit with a spoonful of gravy (try to get away with as little as possible without suffering).
