is grape seed oil bad for a person to use. If so what is the best oil to use?
Hi Ossie,
I have started taking krill oil capsules, 4 a day. Do i need to factor this in to my daily diet?
Grapeseed oil is not “bad,” and does have some advantages. However, it is rich in omega-6 fatty acids, which most of us get too much of, and women need to be especially careful there. More recommended oils are olive, macadamia, hazelnut, almond, chia, flax, and avocado.
Krill oil and other omega-3 supplements don’t need to be factored in, just don’t go too low-carb.
