    When I opened my e-mail and saw the 60 day challenge I thought to myself, “okay, that’s a great idea for people, but I don’t need something like that.” Well, I now see that I’m mistaken. To me, there are 3 main factors to weight loss and they include the obvious daily menu and weekly exercise. The third component is motivation! I need to know that I’m being help accountable and I’m encouraged to meet my challenge goal. I’m off to bed now, but in the AM I’ll be sending out my Day 1 picture and officially become a part of the 60 day challenge team.
