MemberI joined TDC because it seemed a way to lose weight and belly flab naturally. Also the selling point from TDC was that weight loss and a healthy lifestyle was achievable by following the programme.
So why the hard sell on magic capsules? Between the lines, Joel ,Josh and whoever else crops up seem to say that without their products we are not going to succeed.
I came into this feeling positive but now I feel it is just like so many other gimmicks.
I am doing fairly well – in the middle of my 3rd week -without the expensive pills that make you poop ?
If I can’t lose it naturally I will ask for my money back…
Having said that I am enjoying the community – getting to grips with exchanges on the menus and to end I leave you with this image for a laugh…
Today’s advert from Bio Trust offers an extra 30% off products that have dents or misplaced labels. I have an image of Joel and Josh with hammers bashing containers in an effort of get people like me to part with hard earned cash. ? ✂️ ⚠️

MemberHi, Judy. That’s exactly the point – these products are for people who are struggling for whatever reason and want an extra edge. If that’s not you, no worries, no pressure 🙂

MemberI agree with Judy. The Bio Trust adds are a buzz kill. The menu planner is not what I expected either. Nothing about TDC appears to be geared toward ease of use with shopping and budget as part of the equation.

KeymasterHi DieterFink,
Thanks for posting.
There’s a treasure trove of information on how to eat healthy but not break the bank. For more information on making the most of your money when you go shopping, click on the following link: http://www.trimdownclub.com/budget-friendly-ways-to-manage-your-weight/
Also, be sure to read “Food Shopping the Proper Way” which can be found in your My Downloads area under the Trim Down Club Program.
Regarding the Menu Planner, there are 3 special ways you can build a menu that fits you. Each of these options have different levels of customization and all take different amounts of time. Below is a brief explanation of all 3:
Instant Menu: a quick done-for-you menu based on your dietary needs, using the most popular foods.
Favorite Foods: an easy-to-follow menu based on the foods that you like, to reach your weight loss goals.
Personal Menu Planner: a complete menu with full flexibility. Go through our entire list of foods and build a menu that fits you.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterDieterFink,
Your feedback is very important to us. Would you be able to let us know why the Menu Planner doesn’t meet your expectations? Hopefully you’ll be able to help us improve the Menu Planner.

MemberI agree with both these posts. Annoyed with the emails to buy more products & the menu planner not what I expected. I spend too much time trying to adjust the menus that I don’t have time for other things I should be doing. So far a waste of time.

KeymasterHi rwerner50,
Thanks for the feedback.
Have you used the Favorite Foods Menu? Can you let us know some more specifics?
Thanks 🙂August 30, 2015 at 3:48 pm #31222rwerner50
MemberYes I have, numerous times. I pick my favorite foods & they come up with the weirdest combinations so I have to constantly make adjustments.

MemberI agree that the programme throws up totally weird combinations of food. I do spend a lot of time trying to adjust this.
This is off topic and not about the adverts of course.
I do not print out the menus …this way I can alter combinations according to how I feel. I posted elsewhere that I settle for the same breakfast and lunch each day but I have learned which carbs I can swap.
The dreariest meal of the day is dinner and it used to be the high point of the day – my husband’s dietry needs are very different to what the TDC is throwing up for me. I have spent hours trying to work out recipes that will work for us both….tonight I gave up and we had homemade pizza with lots of Mozzarella, prawns chorizo mushrooms, jalapenos, anchovies olives…. and red wine!August 31, 2015 at 6:40 am #31240Support
