Yes I making the blueberry scones and I like know what I could have with them for breakfast ?
Hi, Phyllis. Each scone provides 1½ Carb + ½ Protein + 1 Fat exchanges, so just compare that to the total number of exchanges allotted to you at the meal of choice (see these by clicking on the “Exchange mode” icon in the toolbar above your menu), and selecting a food that matches the remaining exchange. Using your Monday breakfast as an example, you would have 1½ Protein + 1 Fat + 1 Fruit exchanges left; if you return “Portion mode” (by clicking on that icon in the same toolbar), you can click on the foods in that same meal to get ideas for accompaniments – such as 6 ounces of plain low-fat yogurt, ½ ounce (2 tablespoons) of walnuts, and 1 medium peach (which you can cut up an put in the yogurt with a natural low-carbohydrate sweetener such as Stevia+erythritol).
