MemberThe 100% whole wheat is best – the “100%” is a very important indicator.

MemberHi, Fishing. The grain depends on your own sensitivities and preferences. If you are gluten-intolerant, you will want to find a whole-grain bread without wheat. Sometimes “whole grain” breads have combinations of grains, which is best, but whole wheat is also fine.

Could you just leave out yeast and cook flat?April 6, 2013 at 10:55 pm #10705Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, RedBird10. That is the general direction – it is also advised to leave out any baking soda or powder that may be in the recipe.
