Hi
New – sorry for basic questions. I would like to know what advice I can get on the types of breads I should eat. Whole grain I’m guessing? I see bagels on the menus ; surprised to see these as they are so high carb.
Brand recommendations appreciated.

Hi, rmarra. We do indeed recommend whole grain, preferably 100% whole, and ideally sprouted whole grain.
