I am very use to Not eating bread and other carbs for the past several years now, it just seems to me you guys here on the slim down club use a lot of them in the menu suggestions. ??????
When I do use bread I use ‘Food for Life’ sprouted grain bread only about 4-5 pieces per week if that.
Hi, skinnyoma. Sprouted grain bread is the main bread we recommend (we also recommend other sprouted grain products).
Note that overall, this program is fairly low in carbohydrates – only 40-45% of energy, with a lot of fiber (nonavailble carbohdyrates).
Carbohydrates are required for fat to burn efficiently, so they are important contributor to healthy weight loss and maintenance.
