    can I have any cereal with skimmed milk and sugar for breakfast?

    Hi, Steph. Yes, but we do encourage choices that can support your efforts.
    For cereal, we recommend whole grain types without artificial additives, for sugar we recommend whole/raw or something like maple syrup or molasses (and a small amount, e.g. a teaspoon or 5 ml), and skim milk without added solids (will be bluish in color).
