I tried and liked the low impact cardo with Megan video. What is the importance of breathing in and out at the right times during workouts? I keep forgetting to breathe deeply.
Hi, Favaro4. Proper breathing helps you burn fat and tone your muscles, and gives you more energy to keep your workout going. It takes practice, but it will eventually become second nature :).
I do weight lifting , so you would always breath out on the hard part, breath in on the easy part, like in dead lift, or squat when going down breath out cumming up breath in, when doing real heavy squats,I you don’t breath right you can black out, coming up you must breath in. Think of it that way, like Ossie said it will come in time.
