    The recipe Roast Turkey in a Jiffy calls for brown rice orzo, can you mix seminola orzo with brown rice as a substitute? Not as healthy but can use items in my cupboard this way.

    Unable to find either 100% brown rice orzo or 100% whole wheat orzo online. Local stores not an option.

    Sure – whatever you can do to make what you eat healthier than what you did before. You can also just use brown rice or similar grains, such as oat groats or green wheat (“freekah”).
