    Ok, you know those days when you are:
    > Busy at work
    > No time to cook
    > And grabing UN healthy food
    >You might wake up late and grab a candy bar
    > You might have TONS of homework and get a hamburger from Mcdonald’s
    > You also might skip lunch for EXTRA HOMEWORK
    How Do You Stop This Unhealthy Habit?!?!?!
    PLEASE TELL ME!
