I have a tree nut and peanut allergy. What can I substitute for almond flour
Hi, mrsjanedge. You can substitute with seed flours (sunflower, pumpkin seed) if you’re not allergic. You can also substitute with coconut flour, but the amount will be different (1/3 cup coconut flour for every cup of almond flour), and you will need to add an egg or 1/4 cup of light cream for each 1/3 cup of coconut flour if the recipe calls for moisture.
