I usually have one caffeine free diet coke per day. I have a lot of trouble with inflammation and arthritis. I have been told that even this one drink a day increases my problem. Well, we ran out of the caffeine free diet coke for two days and I did feel a little better. Now it’s been a week since I have had any, and I do feel some better.
What do you think about this?
Also, I am trying to drink diet free root beer. I know it is naturally decaffeinated. Is it better than the coke? Thanks, Jan
Hi, Jan. You made a great move! Whoever gave you that tip is absolutely correct. As for the root beer, it is fundamentally better than Coke, but be sure it is sweetened with a natural sweetener, such as Stevia. If not, it can still work against your efforts and worsen your inflammation.
