Hello How can I identify the calorie and fat value in the foods I am eating. Is there a system in the trimdown club to help with this. Thanks
The Trim Down Club doesn’t work with calories. Instead, there is a focus on portion sizes and food groups.
I just joined and the amount of food seems high to me (I’m 5’2). Are the food plans tailored to my height/weight (seems like the Express for 14 days couldn’t be). Isn’t this too many calories for me?
The menus you get from the Menu Planner application are tailored to your height, BMI, and weight goals. The 14-Day plan is generic, and whether or not it is too much depends in large part on how much you were eating when you were gaining weight and overweight. Try and do a quick comparison – if you need to cut back on the plan, start with reducing portion sizes of carbohydrates, and consider exercising.
