I’m trying to locate the total calories and fat grams for the recipes on this site. Can anyone tell me where I can locate this information. Thank You!!
Hi, Maxieee. The program does not work with calories, but many of the recipes on the website have exchange information at the bottom, just above the comments section – we are constantly adding this, so check back on a regular basis. These exchanges translate to the fat, carbohydrate, and protein grams here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
