Hi everybody!I’m new to the site. I just stared today with my breakfast and noticed something is not ver clear to me. I could have 1 whole wheat English Muffin. However I’m wondering if I can only have it plain or I could have it with some healthy spreads like natural peanut butter, almond butter, coconut butter? Thank you!
