    Hello,
    I have been recommended to kill off candida in my intestines. Is this able to be completed on this system?

    Hi, MrHea1496. Absolutely. First, the program is designed to be low in simple carbohydrates. Second, you choose which food go into your diet plan, so you can avoid any of the trouble foods (i.e. mushrooms, yeast and yeast-containing products, etc.).
