Hello. I can’t seem to budge the weight. Have lost 3 pounds in 2 months. Am exercising but have kept at the same weight for nearly a month now.
Is this the end of my weight loss is this what my body is telling me? Not sure what to do. Any advise would be great. Thanks cathy
Hi, Cathy. If the weight in your profile is correct, it appears that you have stopped losing weight because you are at the lower end of the ideal weight range for your height, and have reached your set point. If you feel like you aren’t looking like you wish to look, then continuing to exercise is the trick. Better yet, try rotating different types of exercise to ensure your muscles are always being challenged.
Thank you. I will continue with mixing up the exercises.
