Can anyone help me with this one? I have IBS and can’t use artifical sweeteners. I’ve also found out that I can’t use Stevia even though it’s supposed to be more natural. I’ve noticed that some of the recipes have this as an ingredient such as Stevia powder or Stevia syrup. Are there any substitutes I can use other than what I mentioned above for this ingredient?
The best sweetener for you is probably coconut sugar. It is not non-caloric, but the non-calorics may not be so great for IBS, whereas coconut is excellent.
