Ossie:I keep seeing 1 carb 2 fat 1 protein… on the ends of recipies. I have read most of the TDC book and quick start and i dont see anything about it. How does it work and apply to TDC? I think it would be easier to understand how my meals are put together and how to make smart decissions when i am unable to follow my meal plan. Please help.
Also where do i find the Staying Strong when the Routine is Gone book?
