    Hi there, please can someone explain to me which carbs I should be tracking for the keto diet? And also, on my menu planner for the whole week. Why does every single day show the exact ammount of carbs, pros and fats. Even though every meal is different?

    The title is supposed to say ‘carbs vs net carbs’

    Hi, Jodieo. You should be tracking ‘net’ carbs, meaning the carbs that are absorbed by the body. The amounts of carbs, proteins, and fats in your menus are approximate allottments.
