I was sent an email with a half hour video of a low cardio exercise routine. I would like to do it again, but can’t find it. HELP I am so bad at this stuff.

To watch the low cardio exercise routine, simply click on Home. Then, click on “Follow 8 Week Plan”. You will see the video at the bottom of Week 1.
