I just joined today and have my first 7 days of meals. Several of the breakfasts include cereal – and specify “preferably whole grain”. What cereals out there are truly “whole grain”?
Any you find better?
Hi, jschillsr, and welcome! The best cereals are those found in health-oriented shops such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe’s. Your best bet is to avoid large manufacturers and get used to reading labels to avoid refined (non-whole) flours, artificial additives, and large amounts of salt or sugar.
Thanks-I think we have a whole foods here in town. Do they have boxed cereals or is it in a bin?
Any particular name of their cereal you find satisfying?
