When you have Cereal on your menu,porridge, weetabix, shredded wheat, shreddies, granola etc do you get a milk allowance with them?
Hi, Samcoode. At every breakfast or morning snack you’ll see either milk or yogurt (which you can trade for milk) – you can use that for your cereal.
I NOTICE THAT MANY OF THE SNACK #1, HAS A DAIRY. CAN I USE 6 OZ MILK INSTEAD OF WHAT’S LISTED, WITH WHICH I MAKE A VITAMIN SMOOTHI WITH ICECUBES AND DRINK THAT ? ALSO CAN THE SNACK TIME BE EARLIER OR SAME TIME DAILY ?
