    Okay so I may have alot of questions as I become oriented to this meal plan…sorry about that.
    When having cereal as an option (rice as I have Celiac disease) is that calculated with milk or dry?

    Hi, cmjejones1. It is calculated dry, but you will always have a dairy option at breakfast or the morning snack that you can rade for milk for the cereal.
