MemberHi, Luckybunny1. You can click on each food that you want to swap, then select an alternative from the pop-up list.

MemberI need to eat beans often because of fiber for prior colon surgery. What is a portion size for meals.

MemberHi, Jday2019. Each 1/2 cup already cooked (or canned) and drained = 1 carbohydrate + 1 protein exchange – so you can have about a cup at lunch and/or dinner, with some vegetables and whole grains. Be sure to drink lots of water and have some plain yogurt at night to maximize the benefit of the fiber.

MemberHow do I change what foods I like? I can’t see the page any more.

MemberHi, MichalM. The format has indeed changed. Now you can make the desired selections and omissions directly from your menu. Just hover over any food item, and you will see an option to do any of the following:
1. Swap it out from an option in a pop-up list
2. “Heart” it to ensure it is added to your menu
3. Eliminate it.
There still remains the subapplication, wherein you can select specific foods to go into your meals. To access this, click on the circular arrow icon to the far right of each meal header, then follow the directions in the pop-up window. - AuthorPosts
