How do I change menu plan out of gluten free?When
I like to use Laughing Cow as a spread on my toast instead of butter. How do I much can I use and how to count it?
Is there an exchange list for each category of food, ie. Protein, carbs, etc?
I can eat P B Fit but not regular but butters, where does it fit in the plan?

Hi, jcorkie. You can modify the type of menu plan at the bottom right area of “My Profile,” which you can access through the “My Activity” link at the top right corner of each site page.
Highly-processed products like Laughing Cow aren’t encouraged here, but on occasions that you use it as a treat, each wedge = 1 protein exchange like any other cheese. You can check out food exchange values at http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
Each 3 tablespoons of PB Fit = 1 protein exchange.
