What is fat free cheese? Is there such a thing? Are cheese strings the cheese strings we have in Britain?
Hi, Hannah. “Fat-free cheese” is cheese made with skimmed milk. We don’t recommend it, as it tends to be high in undesirable chemicals. It is included in the early stages of the Menu Planner process because it is a common item in many pantries, and we encourage Clubmembers to easy into the program without throwing away food.
Regarding string cheese, cheese strings are indeed one type.
