Newbie. Freaked out at the lack of cheese options. Don’t need a lot: Cheddar, Blue, Havarti, Camembert, Brie. Are these allowable to any degree?
Hi, ecinomaha. Those are all fine – they are simply included under categories, rather than listed individually. For example, cheddar is a “hard” or “block” cheese, others are “semi-soft.” If they don’t appear on your menu or in the swapping options, know that you can use 1.5 ounces of cheese in place of 1 ounce of nuts or seeds.
Thank you. Where do I find the “categories?”
Hi, Ecinomaha. Click on the edit tool (a pencil icon) to the far right of any meal header, then type “cheese” in the search box at the top of the pop-up – you will see a list of various types of cheese.
