I notice cheese mascarpone appears from time to time in my menu planner. I have never eaten cheese mascarpone. Is it better than other cheeses? Could it be replaced with some other kind of cheese? I notice when I try to replace it with some other food item, it doesn’t suggest another kind of cheese.
Hi, Normal. Mascarpone is a particularly fatty cheese, so it can substituted with another such cheese, such as cheddar or brie.
