    Why isn’t white chicken a light blue color. Isn’t it like white turkey? Not sure what the difference between the two is.

    Hi, Blueberry62. It is the middle blue, due to the quality of the most widely available chicken meat. If you can get organic pastured chicken, then it is healthier – but unfortunately, most people don’t use that.
