I love to have a piece of dark chocolate after dinner every night so I found the recipe for the Cream cheese Coco Fudge Cake on the site which contains quinoa flour. Oh my I couldn’t prevent myself from spitting it out the taste was so awful. Does anyone have a recommendation of a snake or dessert that could curb my chocolate cravings that taste good?
Hi, Gshaw. No need to swap out dark chocolate unless your doctor tells you it interferes with some medication. Regarding the recipe, try using a sweetener with less of an aftertaste, such as monk fruit sweetener (in the same amount) or xylitol (no aftertaste) – `1 teaspoon for every 1/8 teaspoon of Stevia.
What is Stevia? Coral
