ParticipantPrayerfully you all are in the best of health and spirits. I understand I’m new to the program, however, I have found an untruth. In the presentation, it speaks of not changing the foods I eat, however, the majority of the ones that’s on your list IS NOT my normal menu. You speak of processed foods, and you have turkey bacon on your list. Making turkey even look like regular bacon means a lot of processing and chemicals. When it comes to turkey sausage, I make my own by taking ground turkey, sage, minced onions, and other make patties. Please justify your food list. Thank you.

MemberWe are currently expanding our list to include more foods that the average person has in his/her kitchen. The original list was intended to introduce people to healthy alternatives. As for the turkey bacon, we are recommending “natural turkey bacon” – there is a huge difference in the nutritional composition. We do encourage label-reading before purchase to make sure there are no hidden surprises.

ParticipantDo you recommend the nutribullet?

MemberThe Nutribullet is basically a blender. Since blending fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds does not eliminate beneficial parts – and may result in higher consumption, because drinking is sometimes easier than eating – it may be supportive of a healthy diet. As with any appliance, it is recommended to read customer reviews before purchasing.
