I just jointed the Trim Down Club and I think the plan I’m under is Keto, which is great, but in looking at the breakdown of the recipes, it looks like the carbs are much higher than I’m used to eating. How do I find out if I did indeed choose Keto meals?
Hi, Michele58. Your menu is indeed keto, and yields only about 40 grams of carbohydrates per day. That is about 10% of the usual amount in a regular diet, so very, very low. The carbohydrates here come mostly from vegetables and/or fruits, which are irreplaceable.
